Two Poems from our Sisters Poetry Collection

MY SISTER I LOVE YOU.

Author: April Halton

Poem:
MY SISTER I LOVE YOU.

  You know I love you dearly
and our bond is so true.
I'm trying to express my feelings
and the great love I have for you.

We both can be annoying
and feel that we need a break,
but my love for you sissy
is not at all fake.

I am always there when you need me
my arms are open to you,
Never forget me my darling sister,
because i love you.

My Sister and Me

Author: Linda Chew

Poem: My Sister and Me

Joined by the same family tree,
my sister and me.
We share a childhood past--
a bond that was meant to last.

Best friends are we;
I’m sure she would agree.
Memories we hold—
countless stories retold.

Heart troubles we have shared;
our souls we have bared.
A mutual support system we are;
one that can’t be beat--by far.

Care and concern,
and some days a chance to yearn
for days gone by
--a gentle sigh.

As sister’s we shared,
both the good and the bad.
She’s the best sister
anyone ever had!
