You bring me so much joy, so much joy in my life,
You always make me smile, and you never bring me strife.
You give me all your love, and I thank you so much,
'Cause I long to hear your voice, and just to feel your touch.
There's a pain in my heart, whenever you walk by,
A pain of love so hard, it makes me wanna' cry.
And there's a feeling inside, whenever we're together,
A feeling so weird, I feel as light as a feather.
I don't know what you see in me, and I don't really care,
Because with you by my side, we make such a wonderful pair.
So I thank you for all of the love that you've shown,
And for taking me in, and making me your own. |
